IRC develops a Business and Organization Analysis System by conducting studies on organizational structure, methods, systems and procedures used in business, industrial establishments and other organizations. This is done in order to achieve greater efficiency and to solve organizational problems, or to facilitate an environment of continuous improvement with major focus on flow charts, time studies, matrix schedules, critical path networks, benchmarks, and general study systems.
