Planning for Project Financing and Locating the Sources

IRC has succeeded in locating many sources of finance from American and European agencies, different financial institutions, financial programs and funds, and governmental bodies.

Aside from recommending its own sources, IRC would welcome being introduced to other financial institutions, especially the ones interested in the Iraq Reconstruction Program.
