The industrial and engineering planning department at IRC arranges a number of suggested industrial projects suitable for the region. Once a study concludes that the suggested investment is successful according to IRC standards, the department designs the production process in cooperation, participation and synchronization with well known international companies possessing the latest technology. The second step is to arrange for expert handling of the production process. When necessary, and especially in the case of basic and chemical products, a pilot plant is designed and operated to approve the technology before conducting the comprehensive study of the project.
