IRC searches for investment opportunities for industrial projects of small and medium capacity and projects producing basic industrial materials. A study of these projects is then conducted covering strategic, technological and marketing aspects. These aspects cover the availability of raw material in the area, and the availability of markets and technology.

IRC provides information on the product market of these projects, and general technical and economic information. Sufficient information will help the investors make their preliminary decision, comprehensive studies are then undertaken in order to reach a final decision. Often, the studies are conducted and the investment opportunities are brought forth according to requisition from financial organizations or from parties contributing to the investment (i.e. technology holders, investors etc..)
