Two main aspects clarify why IRC gained the Culture and the Expertise in Iraq.

First, IRC “managing Director and Owner” and most of IRC consultants and Engineers are Iraqi in origin or are holding the Iraqi passport. Second, they have the expertise in Business Developing for more than 40 years. Part of that goes back to the past when IRC or their consultants and owner have conducted several Master Plans, Strategic and Feasibility studies for IRAQ, especially in Infrastructure and Industries.
