IRC offers professional and advanced consultation services that aim to develop and improve the agricultural sector in the region specializing in the strategic crops such as dates. IRC within a plan intends to reduce cost and optimize the utilization of the environement, local resources and capital.

The Agricultural Division at IRC has contributed to the development of many master plans and agricultural projects through expertise and consultants affiliated with the company. These projects include a master plan to develop date Palm orchards and date processing industrialization in United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi. Similar plans are proposed for Iran and eventually Iraq where it suggested that local agricultural lands in order to create modern farms where the best date Palms are planted; aiming to raise the production output of individual date Palm trees in the region of the Middle East from approximately $100 to $200 per tree on average.

The team of IRC experts, in cooperation with experts from the FAO in Rome and other regional organizations interested in developing agriculture, performed many professional research projects on developing local resources and utilizing them in an optimal fashion.
