IRC offers a wide spectrum of Consulting Services dedicated to assist Investors and International Organizations, particularly those from America and Europe that desire to or are participating in the Reconstruction of Iraq. We are focusing on the Reconstruction of the Infrastructure and privatization of public companies enabling Iraq to develop its economy and social structure.

Selection criteria:

The Business potential in Iraq is great and the opportunities should not be unleashed. In order to realize and classify such opportunities, The Selection Criteria for the projects should be taken into consideration. Therefore, the following criteria has been set to select all projects we are envisaging for Iraq at this stage:

1. Priority to infrastructure related projects, Being part of the supply chain for the reconstruction of Iraq for the next 5 years.
2. The project feasibility analysis should reveal reasonable Break Even, relatively short Pay Back period and healthy Cash Flow.
3. The project should have potential upstream and downstream integration with other existing and future industrial or services projects in Iraq.
4. Local market orientation at least for the next 5 years with the aim to acquire appreciable share in the GCC regional market in the future.
5. Added value in terms of employing highly trained and skilled Iraqi’s.
6. In shape with the social structure or values of Iraqi society
7. Sourcing of Technology and Equipment from USA, when it’s not available or unreasonnably expensive.
