Planning for project financing and locating the sources

As a result of IRC‘s activities in finding financing for projects, the company is an expert in conducting financial models for projects, the type of company that is going to be established, owner of the trade name, study of its management, nature of the product and future marketing.

IRC is in a position to suggest many financial sources for the projects the company studies (locating financing sources), depending on the nature of the project, the investor and location. Also IRC has succeeded in suggesting and preparing programs for governmental organizations. These programs aim to develop and encourage investors to establish industries of small and medium capacities. The suggestions cover methods of development, offering benefits and preparing plans to finance suggested projects.

Financing may be provided from one or more of the following sources:

1. American and European Agencies participating in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Iraq.
2. American and European companies prepared to transfer technology and supply equipment.
3. Governmental funds and organizations interested in industrial development.
4. Foreign governmental organizations and banks interested in supporting machinery export from their countries.
5. Local banks and investment companies.
6. National investors interested in diversified investment and income growth.
